KP capital is a startup real estate consultancy agency aimed at the upscale market of commerical buildings. The client needed a simple and easily recognisable logo. Working closely to that requirement, the design was based on the keywords: simple, solid and concise. Thus the black and white color theme was chosen and the geometric shapes that represent the letters K and P.
